 At Overseas Lease Group, Inc., we provide NGO’s customized vehicle and equipment lease solutions.

Eliminate financial dependency on funded donations, allowing the NGO to utilize capital funds for core purposes and to improve cash flow management.
  • Provides outsourced funding/financing for the expansion of the NGO fleet operations.


  • Lease arrangement allows NGO to lease any type of vehicle, truck, bus, construction equipment, modular buildings, complete/partial camps (armored and non-armored available).


  • Vehicles/equipment are leasable in all developing countries, including relocating vehicles/equipment to alternate projects and adding equipment, upgrades, parts packages, communication/navigation systems, and can be included in the monthly price.


  • PLUS-NGO owns the vehicle/equipment at lease end and benefits from continued use or receives sale proceeds if vehicle/equipment are sold.

Leaseable Assets
  • NGO selects types and models to be leased.


  • Non-armored and armored vehicles.


  • Any type of vehicle, truck, bus or construction equipment.


  • Aircraft, railcars (transport/passengers/cargo).


  • Communication & IT equipment, machinery, furniture and fixtures.


  • Modular buildings (non-armored and armored).


  • Vehicles may be equipped with radio and tracking devices, or additional equipment required by the lessee.
Lease Term
  • 12 to 60-month lease terms on vehicles and equipment.


Basic Terms and Conditions of Lease
  • Vehicle(s) delivered road-ready.


  • The vehicle lease is a standard western style lease document in English.


  • Lease pricing may be subject to local duties and/or taxations.


  • Customized km/mileage allowance.


  • Level quarterly payments—No cash or lump sum down payment.


  • Payments to be made in US dollars.


  • Insurance or self-insurance certificate is required.


  • Vehicles/equipment may be utilized under the same lease in different countries, and under different projects.
Comprehensive Maintenance Plans Available
  • Manufacturer warranty available in most countries.


  • Preventative maintenance plans in most countries.


  • Mechanical, body and armor repairs available.


  • For remote areas, on-site preventative maintenance packages may be provided with the vehicle at delivery and the costs included in the lease pricing.
Lease Types
Fleet Finance/Open End Lease—a lease end value of $1.00 US dollar is established at the lease inception.
  • The lessee owns the vehicle at lease end.
  • Lessee may continue use of vehicle or sell the vehicle or sell the vehicle realizing a return of capital.
Fleet Administrative Services
  • Lessor offers customized fleet management services as an option to lessee.
Projects
  • Leasing available to multi-national companies fulfilling commercial projects or government funded projects, as well as, NGO’s and government agencies operating worldwide.
